When you select a country, you will be provided with an overview of the Bilateral Investment Treaties (BITs) concluded between various states, whether or not these states have signed the ICSID Convention. For each BIT the signature date, entry into force date and official language full text document are provided if available. This information is reviewed twice a year for accuracy. The full-text versions have been obtained from various national and international digital collections. Note that the following pages may still feature texts of BITs that are no longer in force or that have yet to enter into force.
